Welcome to Adalong Student Guest house
Adalong Guest House is a 25 room brick building which caters for students from Australia and overseas.
We are located in South Brisbane, which is a 10 minute walk from the Tafe College, the Southbank train station and the Southbank Parklands. There is a bus to the Brisbane CBD just a few steps from our door.
The Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is just a 10 minute walk over the Goodwill Bridge. The University of Queensland (UQ) is easily reached by bus from Mater Hill Bus Station or by walking over the Schonell Bridge, which takes about 20 minutes.
The CBD of Brisbane is only 2 km away and can be reached by foot over the Goodwil Bridge in about 20 minutes, or by bus or train from the South Bank bus and train stations (which are both just 3 minutes away by foot). Adalong is a homestay alternative for students from Australia and overseas, and a great place to meet other students from all over the world.
Public transport
Brisbane City Council provides bus, train and ferry transport to most destinations, and each of these are within walking distance of Adalong - a bus stop right on the door, the Southbank train station just five minutes walk away, and a Citycat ferry pontoon just ten minutes away in the Southbank Parklands.
